Design & Construct (also known as Design & Build) is one of the principal activities of our company. We provide a one-stop shop where we incorporate the services of the various professionals and relevant specialists into the construction & engineering process chain. The objective of an accelerated completion of the facilities at a predetermined budget can be achieved with minimal wastage of resources and time. Facilities management is incorporated into the building design at an early stage so as to reduce operating and running cost of the building/facilities.
